Pet Policy

ONE PET PER HOME!

Each pet has a non-refundable fee of $300.00 (one-time fee) 

Tenants with pets are required to have Renter's Homeowners Insurance, along with proof of current rabies vaccines.

Pet rent:

Dogs 25 pounds or less                  $25.00 pet rent per month
Cats 25 pounds or less                  $30.00 pet rent per month

Pets over 25 pounds are NOT allowed!

BIRDS, FISH, REPTILES, OR RODENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT SPECIAL WRITTEN PERMISSION IN ADVANCE!!

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This means EVERYONE WHETHER YOU HAVE A PET OR NOT, MUST FILL OUT THE SCREENING PROFILE. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
