Pet Policy

ONE PET PER HOME!

Pet Screening fee: $20.00 for first profile, $15.00 for each additional profile per year. There is no fee for no pet profiles. If an animal is deemed a service animal, the pet screening fee will be waived. 

Each pet has a non-refundable fee of $200.00 (one-time fee), 

Tenants with pets are required to have Renter’s Homeowners Insurance, along with proof of current rabies vaccines.

Pet rent:

Dogs 25 pounds and less                  $25.00 pet rent per month
Cats  25 pounds and less                  $25.00 pet rent per month

PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS WETHER YOU HAVE A PET OR NOT:

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This means EVERYONE WETHER YOU HAVE A PET OR NOT MUST FILL OUT THE SCREENING PROFILE. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.
