Dear Prospective tenant,
The rental application, is the start of the rental process.
Each person 18 years and older should apply separately, using separate emails, then we will start the qualification process. If you are qualified, we will contact you to set up a time to see the property. This process is usually one to two weeks, in some cases it can be quicker.
REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY:
Earned income must be a minimum of 3 times amount of rent per month,
Credit Score minimum 600
Current landlord verification
Pet Screening MUST be filled out (please see Pet Policy for more information)! PETSCREENING IS A REQUIRED PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR ALL APPLICANTS WETHER YOU HAVE A PET OR NOT.
*DO NOT TRESPASS on to the property as most of the properties are currently rented.

CURRENT TENATS WILL BE NOTIFIED 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO SET UP APPOINTMENT
We do require an application before we are permitted to show the property to prospective renters. The reasons for this are:
So that the agent knows who they are taking into the property
Background checks are done before we show a property
Most of the properties have current tenant’s items in the property and we feel is necessary to protect them just as we would feel it necessary to protect you if you become a tenant.
I do understand your hesitation to fill out the application first, it does remain your choice, these are the reason that I do have to follow the protocol which has been established between myself and the property owner.
